β Additional Questionsβ
What is the minimum payout threshold?β
While thresholds can vary by account type, the standard minimum is typically $100. If your earnings are below this, they will roll over to the next month until the limit is reached.
Who covers the transaction fees?β
Standard bank wire fees (usually around $25) or PayPal percentage fees are typically deducted from the final payout amount. It is best to check your specific dashboard for any "Lifting Fees" that may apply to international transfers.
How often can I submit an invoice?β
Invoices are usually submitted monthly once the previous month's earnings are finalized and the minimum threshold is met.
What happens if my payment is rejected or returned?β
If a payment fails due to incorrect bank details, a return fee (often $25) may be applied. If you suspect an issue, contact the AppLixir support team immediately via the "Submit a Request" link in your dashboard.
Are there any restricted countries for payments?β
AppLixir pays globally, but they must comply with international banking sanctions. If your country is restricted by major payment processors (like PayPal or global banking networks), you may need to contact support to discuss alternative arrangements.
